Race Gurram Beats Captain America Records


Stylish Star Allu Arjun's latest blockbuster 'race gurram' has taken the US box office by storm with huge pouring down of collections. According to the trade analysts, the movie stood at 12th position in USA box office chart this weekend, alongside hollywood biggies

The Arjun starrer took a grand opening in the US, earning more than $308K combined on Thursday and Friday. The film did fantastic business on Saturday and minted $309,731. Its three-day collections including Thursday premiere stand at 618,336 (₹3.73 crore) [Note these figures are from reported screens].

Maruthi’s latest directorial ‘Kotha Janta’ starring Allu Sirish, Regina Cassandra, Madhurima audio has been launched yesterday  in Hyderabad.While speaking at the event Maruthi said that Pawan had given 10 Thousand cheque to Maruthi few years ago.

While speaking at the event, Maruthi said, “Me and Bunny are close friends and we both  came from multimedia background. I was asked to design title logo for Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Johnny’ film. When I went to Pawan garu with three designs, he picked up one of those three and handed me 10 thousand rupee cheque which was my first remuneration in the film Industry. He has truly a golden hand which propelled me towards becoming a director .Thank you so much sir for encouraging me.”

For any new comer of the industry, getting blessings by a senior or most achieved actor is just like an auspicious kick start and Maruti felt the same

For the first time ever, Renu Desai spoke about her failed relationship with Pawan Kalyan and what kind of a person he is! "First time after my Maa Tv interview I am going to comment on him on a public platform. Mr. Pawan Kalyan is truly one of the most genuine and true human beings on this earth. The most generous, kind, humble and clean hearted human being. What happened in our personal lives only we both know and no one in this world has any right to comment on it. But he is one person I truly respect and admire for his sheer honesty and his struggle to do something for the society. I have always supported him and will continue to support him because the world needs more genuine human beings like him. There are people and then there is a person called Pawan Kalyan".

Renu Desai also clarified that her last message asking 'Fans' (who have been sending some objectionable messages to her) to 'Grow Up' isn't intended at Pawan Fans but those of other Popular Heroes. "One clarification...when I said "hardcore fans" I meant of other celebrities also…I have rude & insulting inbox messages from fans of other celebrities who I don't want to name. So "grow up guys" is for all the crazy fans of other famous people also. Allu Sirish declared Pawan Kalyan is an inspiration for not just young crop of Mega Heroes but all of his Generation Heroes at the audio launch of his second flick 'Kotha Janta'.

Sirish: "It's my first public function, so I have to thank 4 people. Firstly, My Grandfather late Allu Ramalingaiah Garu because of whom we are in the Industry. Secondly, Our family will be always indebted to Megastar Chiranjeevi. He is the one who is always there for us, be it for attending functions or giving opinion on scripts or any suggestions. Although Pawan Kalyan didn't taught me anything, I learnt a lot from him just through watching him, be it his discipline or ideologies. He is a big inspiration for all of our generation heroes. Thirdly, I should thank my father for giving me this opportunity. I made my debut as Child Artiste in the Hindi film 'Prathibanth' made on Geetha Arts Banner. My debut as Co-Producer happened with 'Ghajini' made on the same banner. I feel lucky to play hero in this prestigious banner. It's our (Me, Bunny, Vasu) responsiblity to take this banner forward. I was given Rs 100 as remuneration for Prathibandh. I wish, My Dad will give Rs 1 crore as remuneration for playing the hero now. Lastly, It's Bunny who is my guru, friend and brother. I feel proud to be known as Bunny's Brother".
 
"My producer Bunny Vasu who has the knack of selecting winning scripts. Though he had access to star heroes, Vasu made films only with upcoming heroes. I thank him for making films with Me and Sai Dharam Tej (Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham). Vasu is more like a family. He is like my third brother, after Bobby and Bunny. People have the perception that Maruthi scored overnight success. But, that's not true! He had a 10 years struggle before turning into a director. He made ad films, TV programs and corporate films have been like a foundation for him. I feel proud that my friend became a brand in the Industry. Maruti's past films were heroine-oriented, but he balanced the roles of hero and heroine for 'Kotha Janta'. He extracted the best out of me".
